Healthplex Xtreme Training Camp

Healthplex Xtreme Training Camp: Summer Edition is a 6-week high intensity program like no other offering here at the Healthplex. It is specifically designed to push your limits, bring you to a higher fitness level, and transform your body just in time for summer. You will sweat. You will be tired. You will be tested. But with this program you will not fail!

Program Details

This program created and led by Healthplex Personal Trainer, Emily MacCart. The Xtreme Training Camp will meet three times per week beginning on Monday, April 25.

  • Morning Session: Monday/Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and Saturdays at 11:30 a.m.
  • Evening Session: Monday/Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.

The program cost is $360.00 for 18 sessions (45-mins each). Plus, the opportunity to earn $60.00 back with 100% participation in the program. All participants will also receive a Healthplex beach towel.
