Crozer-Keystone Employee Badge Renewal

Sent on behalf of Human Resources

As part of Crozer-Keystone’s employee identification policy, all employee badges must be renewed in 2019. This includes all CKHS, CKHN, physicians (both CKHS and private practice), volunteers, and contracted employees. This does not apply to those hired after September 2018.

Representatives from our Human Resources department will continue offering badge renewal services throughout March and April at the Crozer Campus. Details are listed below. Dates, times, and locations for the other sites will be announced in the near future.

All applicable employees will need to bring their current badge and one additional form of photo ID (i.e. driver’s license). If an employee lost their badge, they will be required to pay $20.00 at the cashier’s window, located on the 1st floor of CCMC, and present the receipt when they come to have their badge renewed.
