2018 Benefits and Wellness

Crozer-Keystone Health System offers a comprehensive benefits package. All benefit-eligible employees must enroll online within 31 days of your hire date or the date that a status change that impacts your or your dependent’s benefit eligibility occurs. Refer to the documents below for details.

Visit to enroll (see login instructions below). Visit the BenefitSolver online “Reference Center” for additional benefit information, to find participating providers and more. For questions about medical plans or Tier 1 participating providers, you may also call Keenan Customer Service at 877-853-3626.

Be sure to also provide acceptable dependent verification documents within 31 days to cover eligible dependents.

If you experience an eligible life event, such as marriage, birth of a baby, loss of other coverage, etc., you must enroll online at and provide acceptable documents confirming the IRS qualifying life event to Human Resources within 31 days of the event.

Health and Wellness

Five medical options, two dental plans, plus prescription drug and vision benefits add up to generous coverage for you and your family - in sickness and in health. Our medical plans provide up to 100% coverage for many services when you use Crozer-Keystone facilities and Tier 1 Crozer-Keystone providers (copays may apply), plus a wide range of preventive benefits. Fill your prescriptions in the Crozer-Keystone Employee Pharmacy and pay the lowest copays.

Financial Protection

Recognizing the importance of financial protection in the event of illness, injury, or even death, your benefits include fully paid basic life and accidental death coverage. Eligible employees may also purchase optional term life and accidental death coverage for you, your spouse, and/or your children. Your benefits include long-term disability benefits for full-time employees (part-time employees may purchase coverage). Eligible employees may select an optional long-term disability benefit enhancement and short-term disability to round out your benefits package.
